With very little notice, she helped me plan a special trip with my 13-year-old son and somehow made everything feel effortless from start to finish. She secured us a hotel in the EPCOT resort area (our favorite!), which made getting around so easy and added so much to the experience. She also provided transportation options to and from the airport and even helped adjust my pickup time while we were there, so I never had to stress or interrupt our park time. What really stood out was how she checked in during the trip just to make sure everything was going well. That extra touch made a big difference and really showed how much she cares about her clients’ experiences.
